Oral Presentation
Please refer to the tentative program for the details of your presentation.
Assigned Presentation Time: 18 minutes (13 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A).
We strongly recommend that you prepare your presentation file using Microsoft PowerPoint (PPT) or Canva.
Participants are kindly requested to arrive in their presentation room at least 15 minutes before the session to test their presentation materials and ensure there are no technical issues.
If you have prepared a recording of your presentation, please submit it to the secretariat on or before August 26, 2024.

Poster Presentation
Please be advised that all presenting authors who have selected the e-Poster Presentation as their preferred mode of presentation must submit their posters via the e-Poster Submission Platform provided on the seminar’s webpage.
All information for an e-poster must be compiled into a single slide in portrait orientation, sized A1 (59.4 cm width x 84.1 cm height). Please select fonts that are legible and easily readable. Ensure that any images, tables, and graphs included are clear and that their labels are easily discernible. e-Posters must be converted to PDF format before submission. A template for the e-Poster is available on the seminar’s webpage for your reference.
The final deadline to upload your e-Poster is Friday, August 24, 2024, before 11:59 p.m. We kindly request your cooperation in adhering to this deadline.
